Giuseppe Longo has been working in the software engineering field since 2012. Giuseppe began their career as an Information Security Consultant for Secure Network S.r.l. in 2012. In 2013, they participated in the Google Summer of Code, developing a compatibility layer for arptables based on nftables for the Netfilter Project. Giuseppe also contributed to other software such as iptables and nftables. In 2014, they worked as a Software Developer for both Emerging Threats and Ntop. In 2015, they began working as a Software Developer for Stamus Networks, where they developed new features for the software, improved existing features, and fixed bugs. In 2018, they moved on to become a Software Engineer at Nozomi Networks. In 2019, they began working as a Software Engineer at Dreamlab Technologies. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Cylera.
Giuseppe Longo received a Laurea triennale in Informatica from the Università degli Studi di Bari.
