Le Khac Ngan Ha has worked in the finance industry since 2010. In 2010, they were an Investment Analyst at Blackhorse Asset Management Pte, Ltd, where they conducted research and collected financial information, analyzed and interpreted financial and business data, and evaluated companies to find good investable opportunities. In 2011, they were a Senior Finance Associate at Vietnam Venture Group, where they executed financial analysis and advisory of trends and business opportunities, led investment execution, and generated plans for budgeting and controlling cash flow. In 2013, they were Co-Founder & Financial Controller at taembe.com, where they developed business plans, prepared and managed projections, financial reports, and fund raising presentations, developed budgets and drove business performance, and established organizational structures and managed human resources to achieve company goals. In 2015, they became General Manager at Beautiful Life Import Export Company, where they built strategic planning and financial modeling, provided period forecasts for business activities, maintained a system of control over various business cycles, and ensured proper financial situations. In 2022, they became Chief Operating Officer at CYFEER JSC.

LE KHAC NGAN HA obtained an Executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Banking and Finance from the University of London (program provided by Singapore Institute of Management) in 2009. In 2007, they also obtained a Diploma in Management Studies from Singapore Institute of Management in Business Administration and Management, General.
