Andrew Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of quality management and business transformation. Currently serving as Business Transformation Manager and Quality and Commercial Manager at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since April 2016, Andrew has ensured compliance with the ISO17025 standard and facilitated the organization's UKAS accreditation throughout operational changes. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Tata Steel from 1994 to March 2016, holding various key positions where significant improvements in departmental efficiency, skill development, and cost savings were achieved. Andrew's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Materials Engineering from Swansea University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Open University UK, and several other qualifications in chemistry and Six Sigma methodologies.
