Chris Thomas

Chris Thomas has extensive experience in land management and environmental consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Land Management Officer and Lead Advisor for the Dairy Project at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since November 2020. Previously, Chris held roles as an Agri-Environmental Consultant at ADAS and an Agricultural Scientist at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. Additional experience includes working as a Waste Management Specialist and Environment Specialist at Natural Resources Wales and the Environment Agency, respectively. The early career featured a position as a Countryside Ranger with Carmarthenshire County Council, focusing on tourism management and rights of way work. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Harper Adams University.
