Gordon Baird

Gordon Baird is an experienced professional in environmental management and energy project facilitation, currently serving as the Energy Delivery Team Leader and Project Manager at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since March 2013. In this role, Baird has been instrumental in managing energy projects on the Welsh Ministers Estate. Prior experience includes serving as the Environmental and Social Mitigation Manager at both Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru and the Forestry Commission, contributing to the development and construction of energy generation projects. Gordon also worked as a Senior Environmental Consultant at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited, as a Senior Environmental Officer at Spiecapag Nuigini, and as an Environmental Officer at Entrepose Contracting. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Environmental Management and a BSc in Environmental Sciences, both obtained from Aberystwyth University.
