Michelle Griffiths has a robust background in waste management and sustainable land practices, currently serving as Sustainable Land Manager at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since February 2024. Prior to this position, Michelle held the role of Team Leader Waste Policy at Natural Resources Wales from July 2019, and served as Senior Waste Advisor at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales from April 2013 to 2019, focusing on Circular Economy, End of Waste, and Waste Streams. Michelle began their career as a Technical Advisor at the Environment Agency from August 2009 to April 2013, specializing in End of Waste and quality protocols.
