Ryan Knowles

Ryan Knowles has extensive experience in marine regulatory approaches and flood risk management, currently serving as Team Leader at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since August 2012, with previous roles including Development & Flood Risk Team Leader and Engineer. Prior to this, Ryan worked at the Environment Agency as a Development & Flood Risk Officer from June 2008 to July 2012. Early career positions included Land Surveyor at Soil Mechanics and Soil Analysis Laboratory Technician at ALcontrol Laboratories. Ryan holds a BSc in Physical Geography with a focus on Geology/Earth Science from Aberystwyth University and has furthered education in Welsh Language at Coleg Cambria, alongside A Levels from The Bishops High School, Chest.
