Stephen Wheeler is a seasoned land professional with extensive experience in surveying and land management. Since April 2013, Stephen has served as a Senior Specialist Surveyor and Land Agent for Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales, initially focusing on the Coed y Cymoedd Forest District and later expanding support across all NRW functions in South East Wales. Prior experience includes roles as an Area Land Agent at the Forestry Commission (March 2013) and as a Rural Surveyor at the National Trust (2010 - March 2013). Stephen also contributed to the Cotswold Conservation Board as a Volunteer Warden from 2006 to 2010 and managed the Property Department at Finders Keepers (2003 - 2009). Academically, Stephen holds an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University (2009 - 2010) and a BSc in Geography from the University of Plymouth (1999 - 2002).
