Tim Marshall

Tim Marshall is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project and programme delivery within the water and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Projects & Programme Delivery at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since September 2020, Tim previously held significant roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where responsibilities included leading continuous improvement programs and managing the Capital Delivery Programme Management Office. Tim's prior experience at Halcrow Group Ltd included senior management roles focused on project delivery and client relations, alongside specialized engineering positions.
