Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
