Cecilia Engblom

Cecilia Engblom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cecilia is currently working as the Head of Customer Operations at Telia Cygate since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Ordförande (Chairperson) at Vallentuna Golfklubb since March 2019. Cecilia has also held leadership positions at GlobalConnect, IP-Only, Tieto, Telia Company, TeliaSonera, and TeliaSonera Sverige AB. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong expertise in customer operations, service desk management, product management, project management, and team leadership.

Cecilia Engblom's education history includes a Tieto Accelerator Program at Stockholm School of Economics in 2018-2019. Cecilia also attended IHM Business School in 2009, where they studied Personal Leadership. Earlier, from 1992 to 1994, they completed a degree in 120 points Economics at Mid Sweden University, focusing on business finance, marketing, and law. In 1989-1992, they studied Economics at Hedbergska gymnasiet in Sundsvall.
