Maria B. currently serves as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician at nudie foods since July 2023. Previously, Maria worked as a Research Scientist at Green and Healthy Auditors from January 2020 to July 2022, managing laboratory activities related to microbiological assays and auditing food systems in compliance with QMS and HACCP standards. In 2021, Maria interned as a Research & Development Food Technologist at AV Tower Pty Ltd, focusing on low-calorie sauce development and technical support for cost optimization. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Research Scientist at the Research Center of Moscow State University of Food Production, where involvement in laboratory certification was key, and a Laboratory Assistant position at the Institute of Food Systems and Health Technologies. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Moscow State University of Food Production and has completed a semester exchange in Bioengineering at Beijing Union University.
