Naveen Rohatgi

Naveen Rohatgi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Naveen currently serves as the VP of Engineering at CyGlass, a Nominet Company, since October 2020. In this role, they are responsible for leading the engineering team.

Prior to their current position, Naveen was the Founder of Seceon Networks, a role they held from May 2015. Naveen was in charge of building an intelligent and scalable security platform. As the Head of Product Development, they led the global engineering team and transformed the product delivery methodology to improve efficiency and predictability. Naveen also played a key role in defining the product architecture and driving customer success.

Before Seceon Networks, Naveen worked at BTI Systems from January 2012 to April 2015 as the Director of Protocols. Naveen was involved in the vision and development of the Next-generation Intelligent Cloud Connect and successfully delivered the "7800" product line, which contributed significantly to the company's bottom line.

From November 2010 to December 2011, Naveen served as the Principal Solutions Architect at Juniper Networks. Naveen collaborated with OEM partners and validated various solutions using Juniper's products. Naveen worked on projects involving IBM-Juniper Data Center Solutions and Juniper MX480 VC & SRX Firewall for the Juniper Data Center cloud solution.

Prior to Juniper Networks, they held the position of Technical Lead at Aastra from May 2002 to October 2010. Naveen played a crucial role in enhancing Aastra's product portfolio by incorporating IP phones with PBX features and designing VLAN.

Naveen's career began at Nortel Networks, where they worked from 2000 to 2002 as a Technical Leader in the CVX 1800 product line. Naveen contributed to the division's rapid growth and market capture, expanded the team, and mentored new hires.

Naveen also held the position of Engineering Head at Nortel Networks India Ltd from April 1997 to October 1999. Naveen played a significant role in setting up the India R&D lab and developing engineering deliverables based on customer feedback.

Prior to Nortel Networks, Naveen worked as a Technical Leader at Hughes Network Systems, providing technical support for the development and maintenance of a low-cost multi-protocol router.

Naveen Rohatgi holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
