Colton Pratt

Colton Pratt is the founder of CYGNAL Communications, established in October 2019, specializing in transforming organizations through effective communication strategies in areas such as Internal Communications, Change Management, and Executive Communication Coaching. Prior to this, Colton held various roles, including Associate Director of Internal Communications at Optum, where responsibilities included managing editorial calendars and content strategies. Colton's extensive experience also encompasses positions at Five9, Microsoft, UnitedHealthcare, nVent, Lake One, and 3M, focusing on internal communications, brand strategy, and audience engagement. Colton earned a B.S. in Mass Communication from St. Cloud State University in 2008.
