Steve Pomfret

Steve Pomfret is the founder and CEO of Cygnetise, a company that specializes in commercializing innovative technology. Prior to their current role, Steve served as the director of Covolution Limited from 2016 to 2020, where they were responsible for linking innovative tech solutions with industry challenges, with a focus on financial services. From 2015 to 2016, Steve worked as a business architect for Barclays Corporate Banking, where they served as the design lead for front-to-back system and process solutions, as well as the design authority lead for any proposed changes to fundamental front-to-back processes. In this role, Steve also oversaw the implementation plan for the project, produced the Corporate Bank Relationship Manager Colleague Guide, and oversaw the upskilling and training of approximately 1000 impacted colleagues throughout the country.

The educational career for Steve Pomfret would be a BEng in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, followed by Fullbrook.
