Scientific Team

The Scientific Team at Cygnus Technologies, LLC is responsible for developing, refining, and implementing advanced analytical methods for detecting host cell proteins (HCP) and other bioprocess-related impurities. They utilize innovative technologies, including Antibody Affinity Extraction™ (AAE), Mass Spectrometry, and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), to improve the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics. The team supports research and development efforts, provides technical support, and ensures high quality standards in manufacturing processes, ultimately aiding in faster regulatory approval and better clinical outcomes for therapeutic proteins, vaccines, antibodies, plasma derivatives, and gene therapies.
