Rinoy Chacko

Rinoy Chacko has extensive work experience in the field of Android development. Rinoy started their career as a Trainee at Aricent in 2010, where they developed a Contact sharing application using NFC technology.

In 2011, Rinoy joined Market Simplified India Ltd and worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. Rinoy played a crucial role in building finance-related Android applications and took the lead in developing the product "Smart Decisions". Rinoy has expertise in working with various Android platform versions, developing complex UI designs and custom views, and integrating social network SDKs such as Facebook and Google Play services.

In 2014, Rinoy joined Frilp (Turing Research Labs) as a Senior Software Engineer and Android Lead. Rinoy was responsible for developing and enhancing the Android base framework and libraries for the Frilp mobile application. Rinoy also gained experience working with real-time messaging SDKs like Pubnub.

In 2015, Rinoy joined Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk) as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Mobile Lead. Rinoy played a significant role in developing the Freshsales CRM Android mobile app from scratch and led a team of mobile app developers. Rinoy was involved in all aspects of the app's development, including technical discussions, solutioning, design, and implementation. Rinoy also handled app analytics and wrote a Go Lang framework for handling dynamic forms.

Currently, Rinoy works at CYGNVS as a Technical Lead - Android, starting in 2023.

Rinoy Chacko completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Management from Anna University, which they pursued through distance education from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Coimbatore Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2011 and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Software Engineering. Rinoy also holds additional certifications, such as the Business English Certificate from Cambridge English Language Assessment and the RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 certification from Red Hat.
