Shrinivas Kulkarni

Shrinivas Kulkarni has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Shrinivas currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cyient DLM. Prior to this, they held various positions at Cyient, including Vice President of M&A and Investor Relations and Vice President of Finance and Sales Operations. Shrinivas has also worked at EMC, where they started and developed the Business Finance Function in the India Center of Excellence. Before that, they worked at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd in roles related to Business Finance, FP&A, and M&A. Earlier in their career, they worked at Intel as a Senior Analyst, responsible for revenue, budgeting, and planning. Shrinivas also gained experience in financial management at Ind-Telesoft Private Limited, a startup, where they managed various financial activities and played a key role in fundraising efforts.

Shrinivas Kulkarni completed their education in a chronological manner. Shrinivas first obtained a degree in B.Sc from Karnatak University between 1990 to 1993, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Shrinivas then pursued a diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI between 1998 and 1999, specializing in Finance. In 1991 to 1993, they obtained the ACMA degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, with a focus on Management Accounting. In 2016, Shrinivas attended the Indian School of Business to gain expertise in the role of CFO, integrating Strategy and Finance. Their latest educational achievement was in 2019, when they attended The Wharton School for Executive Education in Organizational Leadership.
