Ajay Aggarwal

Ajay Aggarwal is Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Cyient. He is responsible for driving the company’s financial and operational efficiency, corporate governance, business partnering, cost management, inorganic growth process improvement, risk management, cash conversion, and margin improvement to accelerate growth and create value for shareholders. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, he also attended the Advanced Management Program from INSEAD. Ajay has won several awards and was recognized as one of the Best CFOs under sell-side category for investor relations in "Technology in Asia." Ajay also serves as a member of several committees, including the CFO Forum of CII, Telangana, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
