Madhu Shastri is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Sales for the Aerospace and Defense division at Cyient, Madhu has held significant leadership roles at prominent organizations including Capgemini Engineering as the Head of Aeronautics and Space, and Tech Mahindra, where the position of Vice President of Sales was held. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Sales Director for Engineering at HCL Technologies and various positions at Tech Mahindra, such as Account Executive for Strategic Aerospace and Defense Accounts, Business Development Manager, and Delivery Manager for Aerospace and Defense.
