Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati is Vice President - Head of Finance & Accounts and Global Finance Controller. With over 20 years of progressive experience in diverse finance roles, Mahesh is responsible for driving the company’s financial efficiency, corporate governance & risk management. He also leads process improvement initiatives, financial reporting, business partnering, tax & treasury management, driving cash conversions, and post M&A integrations.

Mahesh is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
