Natraj Joshi

Natraj Joshi is currently a Team Lead at Cyient Canada Inc, bringing over 11 years of experience in gas turbine assembly and part process planning. They held a senior position as a Process Engineer and Design Engineer, and gained valuable onsite experience at Pratt and Whitney Canada as a shop floor assistant and customer interface manager. Natraj conducted VSM activities to enhance productivity and possesses solid knowledge of quality tools, including Six Sigma and lean processes. They have demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across organizational levels and with external clients. Natraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
