Pappu Snehith Ram is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cyient, responsible for HR strategy for the Automotive Division and managing over 2000 employees. With a focus on employee engagement, retention, and leadership coaching, Pappu enhances workplace culture and career progression. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter, where Pappu improved hiring efficiency through pan-India campus hiring, and L&D Consultant, implementing training programs that delivered extensive training hours while optimizing costs.
