Sivaganesh Paramasivam is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Director & CoE Head at Cyient since January 2011, Sivaganesh leads a global team of over 200 associates, overseeing engineering and procurement projects for major energy clients while focusing on delivering exceptional value. Previous roles at Cyient include Customer Success Manager and Account Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer relationships, driving satisfaction, and delivering high-quality projects within budget. Prior to Cyient, Sivaganesh held positions at ABB and Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation, specializing in process automation and instrumentation. Sivaganesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anna University Chennai, obtained in 2005.
