Srikanth Achyutuni is an experienced professional in Quality Assurance and Organizational Excellence with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Cyient since October 2011, Srikanth manages various quality assurance activities, including the implementation of Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO standards and process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Notable achievements at Cyient include leading the organization to win the Field Services Fall 2017 Award for Best Service & Support Strategy and recognition as a finalist in the BTOES17 Awards for a six-sigma project focused on cultural transformation. Previously, Srikanth held the position of Senior Manager at Satyam BPO Limited, where responsibilities included deploying quality management systems and driving process improvements. Srikanth began the career at Brigade Corporation India Private Limited, rising through roles from agent to Assistant Manager in Quality. Srikanth holds a Masters in Sciences in Electronics from Andhra University, completed in 2000.
