David Scully, CPA MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial planning, and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Accounting and Finance at Cylinder since March 2022, David has successfully in-housed all accounting functions, implemented revenue recognition policies, and streamlined financial reporting processes. Prior to this role, David held significant positions at PacificSource Health Plans, where responsibilities included managing consolidated financial statements and mentoring team members, and at Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, contributing to audits and compliance. David's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Certificate in Accounting & Taxation from UCLA, and an MBA from the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business.
