Arnold Ouyang has extensive experience in product stewardship and regulatory compliance across various companies. Beginning a career at GE as a Product Stewardship Specialist for Greater China, Arnold held pivotal roles at The Dow Chemical Company and Momentive as an EHS Senior Product Stewardship Specialist for Asia Pacific and Asia Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager, respectively. Subsequently, Arnold served as the AP Product Stewardship & Regulatory Manager at Axalta Coating Systems and later as the Regulatory Affairs Officer at Ellex. Most recently, Arnold was the VP of Quality & Regulatory at Cylite.
