John Magnasco

John Magnasco has over 30 years of experience in the medical device, robotics and clean technology industries. John began their career in 1990 as a Disaster Recovery Manager for XP Systems. In 1994, they joined Hello Direct as a Senior Project Engineer and Quality Engineer, then was promoted to Director of Quality and Concurrent Engineering, and ultimately to VP of R&D and Senior Director of Engineering. In 2007, they became a Consulting Engineer for Medical Device and Clean Technology Product Development. In 2008, they founded Geneva CleanTech, where they served as President and CEO, and also held the position of Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at IntelliDx. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Broncus Medical Inc. as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Operations, and then as Senior Director of Operations and Quality Assurance. From 2015 to 2020, they were VP of Quality and Regulatory at Verb Surgical Inc., and then VP of Quality & Compliance, Robotics & Digital Solutions at Johnson & Johnson. John is currently VP of Quality & Regulatory at EndoQuest Robotics\u2122.

John Magnasco attended West Valley College from 1990 to 1991, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Physical Science. John then attended San Jose State University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
