Mary Fitzpatrick

Mary Fitzpatrick currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at CYM Living since March 2024. Previously, Mary held the same role at Pangea Properties from November 2020 to March 2024, where the company focused on real estate investments in over 13,000 apartments across multiple cities. Prior to Pangea, Mary was a Human Resources Leader at Pathway to Living, a major provider of senior living communities, from 2017 to 2020. Mary's experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Ventas, Inc., an S&P 500 company, from 2012 to 2016, and at Lillibridge Healthcare Services, where Mary held various HR roles from 1991 until its acquisition by Ventas. Mary Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.
