Anupama dudha

Anupama Dudha has extensive work experience in the recruitment field. Anupama started their career at Cyma Systems Inc in 2008 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they managed the full life cycle of internal and external recruitment, specializing in ERP recruitment and various IT technologies. In 2015, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager, where they built and maintained pipelines for technical VMS and relationship clients, utilizing Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. In 2018, they were further promoted to the position of Senior Business Development Manager and mentor, showcasing their talent management and recruiting skills.

Anupama Dudha completed their PGDM in Human Resources from All India Management Association (AIMA) from the year 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Jammu between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, their education history also includes attending Model Academy, although the specific time period and degree obtained from that institution are unknown.
