Vikas Rathee

Vikas Rathee has a range of experience in the field of data analytics and business intelligence. Vikas is currently working as the Director of Business Intelligence & Data Engineering at Cymax Group Technologies, a position they started in December 2023. Prior to this role, Vikas was the Manager of Business Intelligence at the same company from January 2023 to December 2023.

Before joining Cymax Group Technologies, Vikas worked at Webhelp as a Senior Data & Analytics Manager starting in April 2021 and ending in January 2023. During their time there, they successfully set up a lean global reporting team and partnered with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis. Vikas also transitioned excel dashboards to Power BI and reduced processing time for monthly reports. Additionally, Vikas managed relationships with stakeholders and provided training on the Power BI platform.

Prior to their role at Webhelp, Vikas was employed at Publicis Sapient, where they held various positions in data analytics. Vikas started as an Associate in July 2014, progressed to Senior Associate from August 2015 to March 2018, and then became a Manager of Data Analytics from April 2018 to April 2021.

Vikas began their career at EXL as an Associate from February 2013 to June 2014.

Overall, Vikas has extensive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and team management, with a proven track record of driving improvements through data-driven insights.

Vikas Rathee holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University, obtained between 2008 and 2012. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. In 2021, they completed a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA) program at the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), specializing in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics. Additionally, they hold various certifications in data analysis and business analytics from institutions such as Databricks, Google, Microsoft, Tableau, IBM, and Scrum Alliance.
