Shabih Rizvi

Shabih Rizvi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shabih co-founded Cymbal in 2022 and served as the Director - New Product Experimentation Investments Team at Facebook from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Google as part of the Business Development team for Google One from 2019 to 2020. Shabih also had a role as an Advisor and Founding Partner at Gradient Ventures, which is Google's AI-focused venture fund, from 2017 to 2019. Shabih was a Partner at Kleiner Perkins from 2014 to 2017. Before that, Shabih worked at Google in various positions, including Google Play Apps Business Development, Mobile Apps Lab - TalkBin, and Business Development & Client Support Manager, from 2009 to 2014. Shabih started their career at Genentech, where they held roles in Partner Management & Operational Excellence and ORDP Analyst from 2006 to 2009. Shabih also worked as an Associate at the Center for Research, Evaluation, & Assessment (LHS) from 2003 to 2006 and as a Forecasting Analyst at gPlay in 2004.

Shabih Rizvi attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research & Management Science.
