Carlos Ham

Carlos Ham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service program management, currently serving as the Service Programs Manager at Cymer since September 2000. In this role, Carlos has developed a vision and implemented tools and processes to establish scheduled maintenance plans that support both Cymer Service and customer goals, benefiting over 20 global chipmakers and handling more than 900 annual events while achieving a significant reduction in administrative hours. Prior to this, Carlos held various positions at Strasbaugh from September 1996 to 2000, including Senior Business Manager and Applications Engineer. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from UCSD Extension.
