Avital Menaged

Avital Menaged has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Avital began their career at Verint, working in logistics from 2000 to 2003. Avital then worked at Revadim as a psychology diagnostician from 2004 to 2005. At HP Software, they served as a staffing leader, managing a team and implementing innovative staffing methods from 2006 to 2010. Avital continued their career at Lotem as an organizational consultant for a short period in 2011. Following that, they held the role of HR director at TaKaDu, a SaaS company, where they oversaw staffing and talent management until 2015. Avital then joined the Weizmann Institute of Science as the head of Talent Acquisition and Staffing, where they built a BI platform and led a team of recruiters. In 2016, they worked as an HR manager consultant at Codefresh. In 2017, Avital founded RevYOU, a company focused on improving talent management through their SaaS platform. Avital also worked as an HR consultant to startups at StudioHR during that time. Currently, they hold the position of Global Human Resources Director at CYMOTIVE Technologies and will transition to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2023.

Avital Menaged completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Economics at Bar-Ilan University from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Behavior at Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2013.
