Rachel Weisberger

Rachel Weisberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Process Excellence Strategy and previously as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at AbbVie, Rachel has steadily advanced since joining the company in January 2013. Prior positions include roles such as Associate Director and Manager II in Continuous Improvement, alongside experience as a Clinical Research Management Associate. Rachel also holds a position on the Board of Directors at CYN Counseling Center since May 2022 and has a background with Abbott and Chemonics International, among others. Rachel's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
