Bjoern Lasse Herrmann

Bjoern Lasse Herrmann is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and startup sectors. As a founding team member at Cynch AI since March 2023, Bjoern continues to contribute to innovations in artificial intelligence. Prior roles include serving as VP of Sage AI, where efforts focused on transforming Sage into an AI-enabled technology business, and as VP of Collective Intelligence, leading the Compass product post-acquisition. Bjoern founded Compass in 2012, which provided data-driven decision-making tools for business leaders and was acquired by Sage. Additionally, Bjoern co-founded the Startup Genome, creating a comprehensive dataset on early-stage companies, and initiated various educational and entrepreneurial initiatives such as Blackbox, Startup School, and Supercool School. Bjoern holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim and has a strong background in improving educational methods and innovation in the business field.
