Shawn Denz is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in managing and improving IT and business processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Call Center and Digital Technology at AmeriGas since January 2014, Shawn has held multiple leadership roles, utilizing technical and functional expertise to define business requirements and oversee project management initiatives. Previously, as an IT Business Strategist and Enterprise Architect at South Jersey Industries, Shawn aligned business and IT goals, managed enterprise architecture, and led project management efforts.
