Russell Hughes-Pickering

Russell Hughes-Pickering is the Corporate Lead Officer for Economy & Regeneration at Cyngor Sir CEREDIGION County Council since February 2000. Russell has an extensive background in urban planning and has held various roles within the council, including Head of Performance and Economy, Head of Performance and Improvement, Assistant Director - Planning, and Principal Planning Officer. Prior to their current position, Russell also worked as a Strategic Planning Co-Ordinator at London Borough of Hounslow. Russell holds a Diploma in Town Planning and a BA Hons in Urban Planning from the University of Westminster.
