Samuel Pugh

Samuel Pugh is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Development Management Team Leader (Compliance) at Cyngor Sir CEREDIGION County Council since June 2020, having also held interim and officer positions within the same organization. Previously, Samuel worked as a Planning Consultant at AXIS PED Ltd for a brief period and as a Graduate Planner at Gladman, where responsibilities included site appraisals, drafting planning documents, and liaising with stakeholders on residential development proposals.
