Pooja Sharma, PMP, has been working in the technology industry since 2015. In 2015, they began their career at Innovazion Inc as an SEO Executive, where they were responsible for off-page and on-page SEO activities. In 2016, they joined Econurture Consulting Private Limited as a Software Engineer, where they gained proficiency in AngularJs, Javascript, PHP, Jquery, HTML, and CSS. In 2017, they joined Cynoteck Technology Solutions as a Project Manager, Team Lead, and Software Consultant.

Pooja Sharma, PMP has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University) in 2011. In 2021, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
