Richard Villasenor

Richard Villasenor is currently the VP Customer Success at Cyolo. Richard has also previously worked as the Head of Customer Success at CyCognito from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Zscaler Director of Deployment Services from July 2017 to October 2019. Richard has also worked at MobileIron Inc from January 2012 to July 2017 as the Professional Services Director. At MobileIron Inc, they were responsible for a team of 22 Professional Services engineers and was in charge of leading and managing the team in the implementation of MobileIron solutions. Richard was also responsible for supporting the business strategy, performance metrics, and providing upper management visibility on performance to plan updates.
