Salma Hatim is the founder of Cypher, a modern tech-focused accounting and financial strategy company established in April 2020, which aims to empower entrepreneurs through data-driven insights. Prior to Cypher, Salma Hatim worked at PwC in Assurance & Advisory from September 2014 to September 2020 and held roles including Accounting Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston and Audit Intern at PwC. Earlier experience also includes serving as an ERP Implementation Consultant and CFO Assistant at Shield Air Solutions, Inc. Salma Hatim holds a Master’s degree in Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston, along with educational experience at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
