Andreas Makslahti has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Andreas started their career in 2011 as a Telefonförsäljare at Online Fulfillment Sverige AB for a few months before transitioning to a Säljare position at Microshop. At Microshop, Andreas sold computers and peripherals to business customers and personal users while also managing a helpdesk.

In 2014, they joined Transcom as a CSR, where they provided premium customer support for one of the largest ISPs in Sweden. Andreas eventually focused on backoffice assignments from Telenor and its parties.

Andreas then moved on to Telenor Sverige AB in 2015, serving as an SME Support technician. In this role, they configured and set up VLAN solutions for Telenor's clients on their open fibre-network called "OpenUniverse."

In 2016, they worked at Bredbandsgruppen (BBG) as a Servicetekniker. Here, they primarily dealt with fibre-optics, DSL-connections, and 3G/4G connections. Andreas also configured Cisco and Huawei hardware for clients' customers and conducted installations.

In 2018, Andreas joined Umeå Kommun, where they initially worked as an IT Deployment Specialist and second line/field technician for different departments and the eastern school district. Andreas then transitioned into client management, focusing on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.

Andreas'smost recent role was as a Frontend Developer at ITCM AB starting in January 2020. Here, Andreas worked on UX/UI design projects, primarily using Bootstrap, JS/Jquery, PHP, Vue, and other languages.

Andreas is currently a Cloud Engineer at Cypoint, starting in October 2022.

Andreas Makslahti completed their Nätverksutbildning (Network Training) degree in the field of Electronics at John Bauer Gymnasiet in Umeå from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Andreas also obtained several certifications, including Intune Management from LabCenter in October 2018, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in June 2012, and Microsoft Technology Associate from Microsoft in May 2012.
