Ken Thompson

Ken Thompson has a solid work experience in the banking industry. Ken currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Cypress Bank & Trust since August 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where they served in various roles from 2000 to 2021, including Managing Director and Sr Fiduciary Advisory Specialist, SVP and Sr. Regional Trust Manager, SVP and Managing Director, and SVP and Trust Advisor. Before joining Wells Fargo, Ken worked at SunTrust from 1985 to 2000, starting as a Senior Trust Associate and eventually becoming VP and Trust Officer.

Ken Thompson attended the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Ken also obtained certifications as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association in 2001.
