Jerome O’Brien

Jerome O'brien is currently the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Cypress Creek Renewables. Jerome was previously an Associate at Jones Day in the Mergers & Acquisitions department from September 2008 to July 2014. Jerome's practice focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, private equity transactions, general corporate governance issues, and the formation and structuring of business entities.

Jerome O'brien attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned their JD. Jerome also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
