Alec McPheters has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Alec started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Manhattan Mechanical Contractors Inc. in 2012 before joining Lendlease in 2014. At Lendlease, they held various roles such as Project Engineer IV and Assistant Project Manager. In 2017, they moved to Morley Builders as a Senior Project Engineer. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at CIM Group, L.P. as a Construction Manager. Currently, they are the Vice President of Construction at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments, starting in October 2021.
Alec McPheters has a diverse educational background. Alec started their education at Horace Mann High School from 1998 to 2001, although no degree or specific field of study is mentioned. Alec then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Psychology and Economics. This spans from 2003 to 2008.
