Jason Bohle

Jason Bohle has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Jason is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Development at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments since February 2022. Before that, they worked for Combined Properties, Incorporated for 17 years as the Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, design, budgeting, financing, construction, leasing, and sales. Jason also has prior experience as a Finance Intern at Fox Searchlight Pictures, an Investment Associate at Prudential Real Estate Investors, and an Associate at J.P. Morgan. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in valuation analysis, due diligence, and strategic planning for real estate and hospitality companies.

Jason Bohle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. In 1996, they attended Le Cordon Bleu and obtained a degree in Culinary Arts with a specialization in Cuisine du Base. Additionally, they completed their MBA at Harvard Business School from 2002 to 2004. Prior to their higher education, they attended Loyola High School from 1990 to 1994.
