Tom Hayter

Tom Hayter serves as AVP - Investments at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments since July 2021, focusing on capital markets and acquisitions. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Structured Finance at Intesa Sanpaolo from December 2017 to June 2021, where Tom executed transactions for over $6 billion in project financing across various sectors including infrastructure, oil & gas, and power. Additional experience encompasses internships at KfW IPEX-Bank, Itau BBA in Debt Capital Markets/Loan Syndication/M&A, and a role as a Credit Risk Analyst at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited. Tom holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Southampton, obtained in 2016.
