Charles Franklin

Charles Franklin has extensive experience in technology management and program direction, currently serving as the Director of Technology for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since October 2019. Charles has previously held the position of Program Manager at Siemens, where enterprise-level infrastructure programs were directed to advance the organization’s digital workplace. Prior to this, Charles was a Senior IT Program Manager at Houston ISD, managing significant upgrades and initiatives across the organization. Additional roles include Sr. IT Project Manager at Xerox, Site Director at ITT Industries overseeing a large team, IT Analyst III at CEVA Logistics, and Senior Information Systems Specialist in the US Army. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Western Illinois University.
