McKenna Abel has a diverse background in education and early childhood development, currently serving as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Early Childhood Specialist at Collaborative for Children from July 2023 to August 2025 and as an Elementary School Teacher at Post Elementary School from May 2020 to August 2023, where McKenna Abel focused on data analysis to tailor instructional materials and develop aligned lesson plans. Early career experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness and a Teacher at Children's Learning Adventure, responsible for curriculum development and student engagement. McKenna Abel holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas A&M University (2016-2020) and is currently advancing education at Texas Woman's University (May 2024 - August 2025).
